This inner city mixed use project is one of the final pieces in the revitalization of historic East 11th Street. This project consists of 3,300 sq. ft. of ground level retail with four loft style residences above.Each residence has a balcony view of the Capital to the west and the University of Texas tower to the north. The ground level retail is fronted with folding glass partitions which allow the pedestrian flow to commingle with the retail space. All parking is accessed from the alley to eliminate vehicle/ pedestrian conflicts along the main street.
