An inner city East Austin project designed to revitalize a street scape decimated by Urban renewal. Great attention was paid to linking and validating the remnants of a once vital street scene. Parking garages for the project are entered from side streets, with surface parking out of site behind the buildings. Ground level spaces, designed to accommodate restaurant and retail uses, are fronted with a pedestrian arcade.Lobbies connect from the street to the rear parking and to adjacent retail spaces creating a street front with rich opportunity for pedestrian interaction.
