Master plan for 23 acre site bordered by Waller Creek, Townlake, IH-35, and East Cesar Chavez. Proposed plan called for a mix of high rise residential and commerical buildings centered on a historic plaza. Careful attention was paid to creating, maintaining, and enhancing pedestrian bicycle and mass transit connections. The edge along Townlake is populated with cultural and entertainment venues.
